Meet Unike-Sahida Fermin. Her passion for dance can be traced back to high school, whether it was being part of the step team, salsa team, or even Bruce's church dance team, she was there. As she grew in age, she fervently continued investing in the craft and went on to take classes through the Valencia College Dance Program. In those 3 years she took ballet & modern dance. Modern dance truly won over her heart and was her favorite style to learn! She has had the blessing to work with students from ages 8 and up in different areas of dance, being ballet, modern, hip hop, jazz, musical theater, pantomime and so much more. Alongside many others, she has also had the opportunity to direct several musical theater pieces and productions. Those projects have broadened her abilities and have helped her advance. Unike-Sahida looks forward to investing in the souls that she encounters every day and see them blossom in their craft. What she loves most about dance is that it’s such a universal language and it can speak to anyone.
